WORKOUTS for YOU

The workout program you receive is customized based on our initial video or phone consultation, considering various factors including age, goals, fitness level, diet, and your daily schedule. This is definitely not a one-size-fits-all scenario. That will not work.

You can do the exercises at home using just your body weight and resistance bands, or at a gym if you have access to one. We stay in touch through the app, and monthly video calls to make necessary adjustments. You’ll need to track important metrics like sleep quality, workout log and performance, energy levels, motivation, and diet in the app, so we can evaluate the overall picture. Everything is preset so you just click the relevant options.

Our goal is to create a sustainable program that keeps you motivated long-term. This is a marathon, not a sprint.

MEALS for YOU

Most people feel discouraged by the food aspect of working out and staying healthy. I used to feel the same way although in reality it’s much easier than most people believe. The right approach to nutrition can truly power your transformation, helping you reach your goal more effectively than you might realize right now.

In our initial video consultation, we’ll review your current eating habits in detail and make gradual, sustainable adjustments. You’ll find that you won’t need to spend as much time in the kitchen as you expect, and you’ll still be able to enjoy food—treats included!

With the app, you simply log what you’ve eaten, and it automatically tracks calories and provides a macronutrient breakdown. This allows us to assess whether you’re on track or need to make changes. You’ll also have access to a wide variety of simple to make but tasty recipes, along with latest studies, reports, and insights on current diet trends.

No matter your dietary needs, there are options for everyone.

THE CORE

A lot of people strive for that “Six-Pack” appearance and a lot of people spend time telling you how to get it but often neglect the “Core” which plays a key role in stabilizing your spine, supporting good posture, and providing balance and strength for nearly every movement you perform, both dynamic (like running or lifting) and static (like holding a plank).

So, while your abs are part of your core, your core is a much broader group of muscles that work together.

With our Core program and exercises combined with diet, you can not only achieve visible abs but also have the foundation and structure to stabilize and protect your body, especially during functional movements.

Hi! I’m Sam

Born in 1978, my journey of transformation, resilience, and self-discovery began as a self-conscious teenager. At 14, I stood 195cm (6’5″) and weighed just 69kg. In 1992, unaware of the need for training, I naively turned to a “weight gainer.”

In 1996, at 18, my life changed when I joined a gym. Over the next five years, I dedicated myself to fitness, increasing my weight to 90kg while staying lean. I immersed myself in the science of nutrition, training, and supplements, which not only transformed my body but also instilled confidence, discipline, and perseverance.

After graduating in London in 2001, I turned my passion into a business by launching “BioScience,” a supplement company. Though I sold it two years later, the experience ignited my entrepreneurial spirit.

In 2007, after a four-year break, I returned to training with significant strength gains. However, prioritizing size led to excess body fat and health issues like high cholesterol and blood pressure. This taught me the importance of balance and focusing on overall health over mere weight gain.

Between 2012 and 2015, life shifted with family responsibilities, an autoimmune diagnosis, and eventually a divorce in 2021. My fitness took a backseat, and I hovered at 115-120kg, losing muscle and confidence. Approaching 44, I committed to a transformation.

In three years, I dropped from 118kg to 95kg at 8% body fat through a balanced regimen of 60% cardio and 40% weightlifting. Today, I maintain 110kg at 10-12% body fat, prioritizing clean eating, balance, and consistency.

Many quit fitness due to slow results or lack of time, but it doesn’t require extremes. Home workouts, balanced diets, and meal prep can simplify the process. Fast approaching 47, I’m in the best shape of my life—focused, energized, and healthier than ever. Age is no excuse.

Online fitness coaching is a personalized coaching service provided over the internet. I’ll work with you to create customized workout and nutrition plans, monitor your progress, and offer motivation and support, all from the convenience of your own home.

To get started, simply fill out a contact form or sign up for a consultation. After that, we’ll discuss your fitness goals, current fitness level, and preferences to create a program tailored just for you.

The equipment needed will depend on your goals and program. I offer both bodyweight exercises and routines that require minimal equipment (dumbbells, resistance bands, etc.). If you don’t have access to equipment, I’ll provide alternatives that can be done at home.

Yes, safety is my priority. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss any injuries or medical conditions you have, and I’ll modify your workouts to ensure they’re safe and effective for you.

As your coach, I’ll provide regular check-ins, progress tracking, and adjustments to keep you on track. I’ll also provide motivation, tips, and feedback through our messaging platform to ensure you stay focused and motivated.

Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, and commitment. By following the program consistently, you can expect improvements in strength, endurance, body composition, and overall fitness. I’m here to help you reach your full potential!

You’ll have access to me via email, messaging apps, or video calls. Communication can be as frequent as you need for check-ins, questions, and feedback.
